Returns & Refunds

Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Electronics can be replaced within 14 days for manufacturing defects and carry a 1-year brand warranty.

Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, chilled creams) cannot be returned, but if something arrives damaged or below standard, report it within 24 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.

Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or ShopKaro wallet credit.
